At Quickly, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are here to help. Please review our return policy below to ensure a smooth return process.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be made within 1-2 days of receiving the item.
RETURN PROCESS 

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at contact.quickly@gmail.com / 9149380882 within 1-2 days  of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
  2. Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
  3. You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

Please note that we must receive your returned item within 2 days of return authorization.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. If your return is approved, a refund will be credited to your original payment method within 2 days

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

Refunds may take 2 days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provided 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items are non-returnable. These include:

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective or damaged)
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered in any way
  • Products with missing or altered tags
